You will receive an automated email once you have placed your order, and another when it is on its way. Alternatively, you can log-in to your account and view the status of your order there.
Lost, faulty or damaged items
If your order is lost in transit on its way to you, you need to contact us within 16 days of placing the order.
All items are personally checked by the owner of the company to ensure non faulty or damaged goods are not sent out.
For track and sign delivery, we at I Haven’t the Foggiest are not liable for non-delivery when attempts have been made and no-one is at home. We advise you to contact the shipper and make your arrangements. Typically, if attempts have been made without success, the package may be rerouted back to us or destroyed if we are asked to pay for return fees. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the shipped goods if delivery attempts are exhausted.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you a ‘dispatch confirmation’ email as soon as your parcel has been collected. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Will I be charged additional tax or duty?
Customers outside of the EU (and the UK after Dec 2020) are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by Delivery directly. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes. Plse note. We want our customers to be happy. Thus, all receipts are emailed =).
Is my parcel insured?
I Haven’t the Foggiest insures all parcels during the time they are in transit until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the parcel passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. Please note, customers are responsible for insuring any return parcels to I Haven’t the Foggiest. Plse note. all masks are delivered via Standard delivery unless requested. Plse live chat us.
Can I have my order delivered to an address different to my billing address?
Yes, you can select a separate delivery address from your billing address at the checkout. If you are shopping with us for the first time, we reserve the right to ship your first order to your billing address (rather than an alternative shipping address).
Is it possible to ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we are able to ship to a PO box. Plse note, carriage will be standard shipping. We are not responsible for orders once they are shipped out.
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the subject line of both your ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Shipping Confirmation’ emails. If you have created an account with us, you can view your full order history in your account area.
When will I receive my refund?
Our store aims to process all returns within 28 working days of receiving them. We will send you a ‘Refund Notification’ email to confirm that we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
Plse note for health and hygiene reasons, masks and bubble onesies are non returnable.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it is sent immediately to our warehouse and the packing process begins. We therefore do not accept cancellations or changes of orders once placed.
Payment and VAT
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company’s choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer’s selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice.
There is no vat on childrenswear and accessories.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
